Glamorous we may be, but our dining reflects the spirit of Melbourne - relaxed, welcoming and unpretentious. You'll find the hotel classics - with polish and a deft, contemporary touch - yet always comforting and elegant.
Here, lunch eases into apero, perhaps on the boulevard, before the soft glow of lamps transforms the space come night. Dinner and our cocktails come to the fore, and on Friday evenings, a touch of live jazz on the baby grand.
